According to a report by RNCOS, 70% of the entire population is not living in a home of their own. Those are numbers that shout opportunity to anyone interested in real estate. Most of the major banks are always scouting for credit managers with a proven track record and are interested in relocating to Vietnam. The ideal credit manager needs to have at least several years of experience in the credit sector and should be capable of doing credit evaluations and credit approval, generate credit reports, analyze the market, and all things related to credit management. Again, many banks insist on having at least one or several westerners on their credit teams.
